Elgin Group, 124 Fisher St. Elgin, TX, will start the holiday off, by asking you to bring your favorite cookies and recipes to be exchanged.
Once we have that going, we will start our gift exchange (white elephant style) $10 LIMIT or a true white elephant gift.
